There is not currently a contractual response-time SLA. Messages are reviewed as soon as reasonably possible. Signed-in customers can also use Help → Contact support or Help → Report a bug inside JOBE.

Choose the right route

Pre-sales and plans

Say which plan or workflow you are considering and whether you need individual or Business team access.

Start a pre-sales email

Account or billing

Include the account email, the plan and a Stripe invoice or transaction reference. Never send full card details.

Ask about account or billing

Privacy or deletion

Include the account email and the request. Identity may need to be verified. Cancelling Stripe billing and deleting an account are separate actions.

Make a privacy request

Security report

Send safe reproduction steps, the affected page and approximate time. Do not obtain or attach another customer’s data.

Report a security concern

Do not email passwords, authentication codes, API keys, full payment-card details, CVs, passports or unnecessary candidate information.
